Digvijay Singh

For the past 12 years, Digvijay Singh, (known as DV), has honed his photography skills working as guide alongside Jim Cline Photo Tours trip leader and co-founder, Karl Grobl. As a result, DV has blossomed into one of India’s most well-known travel photographers. Well-versed with advanced photography equipment and tools, DV also brings a solid foundation (more than 17 years) of experience in setting up and leading cultural and street photography tours.  He is licensed and trained by the Ministry of Tourism & Culture, New Delhi. DV takes special pride in being able to offer trip participants the opportunity to capture real-life images in remote locations and breaking language & cultural barriers between the western photographers and local people.

A native of perhaps the most romantic of Indian cities, Udaipur in Rajasthan, he also has a master’s degree in Tourism Management from Management Institute of Rajasthan. DV is Executive Vice President in the Tourist guide Federation of India and President of the Regional Tourist Guide Association of Udaipur.
